经济学评价结果是疫苗应用循证决策的重要依据。为了共同推进我国疫苗应用与免疫规划相关卫生经济学研究能力建设，提升我国疫苗应用政策循证决策水平，北京大学医学部与中国疾病预防控制中心于2019年12月联合成立“北京大学医学部-中国疾病预防控制中心疫苗经济学联合研究中心”。

　　研究领域及方向：

　　中心研究领域为疫苗经济学，研究方向包括免疫规划疫苗和非免疫规划疫苗的卫生经济学评价、疫苗可预防疾病负担和经济负担、国家免疫规划政策、疫苗接种筹资策略等。根据国家免疫规划循证决策机制的需要，研拟和发布我国疫苗经济学研究议程、研究制订卫生经济学研究证据用于疫苗循证决策的逻辑框架，并针对优先疾病和疫苗开展卫生经济学研究，为国家疫苗应用政策和免疫规划的循证决策提供技术支持。

　　中心研究团队包括北京大学中国卫生发展研究中心科研人员和中国疾病预防控制中心免疫规划中心科研人员，整合北京大学医学部和中国疾病预防控制中心在卫生经济学、免疫规划、传染病学、流行病学等相关学科的科研人员，在疫苗经济学研究方面处于国内领先地位。

　　近年来的重要科研成果及贡献

　　中心已经承担多项由国家自然科学基金、比尔及梅琳达盖茨基金、中国疾病预防控制中心、中国医师协会等机构资助的研究课题，2019年获得研究经费400余万元人民币。由国家自然科学基金与比尔及梅琳达盖茨基金联合主办、中心承办的“中美全球健康双边研讨会”于2019年12月10-11日在北京召开，旨在推动中国在全球健康方面的科学研究与发展，尤其聚焦疫苗与免疫规划、新药研发两个前沿领域，通过承办此次会议推动了疫苗经济学研究的发展，也扩大了中心在此领域的影响力。

　　Peking University Health Science Center - Chinese Center for Disease Control and Prevention Joint Center for Vaccine Economics

　　Economic evaluation provides an important basis for evidence-based decision-making in vaccine application. In order to jointly promote the capacity of health economics research related to vaccine application and national immunization program (NIP) in China, and improve the evidence-based decision-making of vaccine application, Peking University Health Science Center and Chinese Center for Disease Control and Prevention jointly established the “Peking University Health Science Center - Chinese Center for Disease Control and Prevention Joint Center for Vaccine Economics” in December 2019.

　　The joint research center focuses on vaccine economics, including health economic evaluation of NIP and non-NIP vaccines, burden and economic burden of vaccine preventable diseases, NIP policies, and vaccination financing strategies. Based on the needs of NIP evidence-based decision-making mechanism, the center develops the research agenda of vaccine economics in China, formulates the logical framework of health economics application on vaccine evidence-based decision-making, and conducts health economic research on priority diseases and vaccines, so as to provide technical support for evidence-based decision-making on vaccine application policies and NIP.

　　The research team consists of researchers from Peking University China Center for Health Development Studies and Chinese Center for Disease Control and Prevention NIP Center. It integrates researchers in health economics, NIP, infectious diseases, epidemiology and other related disciplines from Peking University Health Science Center and Chinese Center for Disease Control and Prevention, and is at the leading position in China’s vaccine economics studies.

　　The joint center has undertaken many research projects funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China, the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, the Chinese Center for Disease Control and Prevention, the Chinese Medical Doctor Association, etc. In 2019, the total research funding exceeded 4 million Yuan. Being jointly sponsored by the National Natural Science Foundation of China and the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, and organized by the joint center, the China-US Bilateral Symposium on Global Health will be held on December 10-11, 2019 in Beijing and aims at promoting the development of scientific research on global health in China, with a special focus on two frontier areas including NIP and new drug R&D. The symposium has promoted the development of vaccine economics research and expanded the influence of the joint center in this field.
