2019年11月北京大学医学部公共卫生学院、中国疾病预防控制中心联手成立“北京大学医学部-中国疾病预防控制中心疫苗安全性联合研究中心”。以《中华人民共和国疫苗管理法》为指导方针，在国家卫生健康委员会、国家药品监督管理局的领导下，中心将始终致力于规范我国疫苗安全性监测的方法与流程，对重点关注的疫苗与不良事件进行长期的、动态的信号侦测与风险评估，以不断提升我国免疫规划政策制定与疫苗应用的循证决策水平。

研究领域：疫苗安全性研究，包括疫苗安全性监测与评价的政策咨询、方法学与实证研究。

研究方向：1）提供政策咨询，向卫健委、药监局、疾控中心等政府部门或机构提供政策咨询与建议；2）方法学研究，系统开展疫苗安全性监测的方法学研究，梳理与规范疫苗安全性信号发现、信号确认、信号证实等相关研究方法；3）方法学指南，开发与制定疫苗上市后安全性研究的方法学指南，为国家免疫规划政策的制定与完善提供科学支持；4）疫苗安全性监测，对新上市疫苗、旧疫苗新用途、重点关注预防接种后不良事件等开展长期、动态的安全性监测。

研究团队：1）詹思延教授团队在国内率先开展药物流行病学研究和教学，一直为国家药品安全监管部门提供技术咨询，承担了大量药品上市后安全评价的研究课题。2）崔富强教授团队始终致力于病毒性肝炎和疫苗可预防疾病的流行病学研究，尤其是乙肝病毒的母婴阻断、高危人群免疫策略等，从“十五”开始，一直主持国家科技攻关与重大专项课题。

硬件设施：1）分子流行病学实验室能够开展疫苗分子遗传流行病学实验，卫生检验实验室可开展病毒分型、溯源等检测；2）健康大数据发展研究院机房可为疫苗安全监测与评价的数据挖掘工作提供支持。

研究奖项：第十七届吴阶平-保罗 杨森医学药学奖、2015全国药物流行病学学术年会“中国药物流行病学学科开创工作者”、北京市科学技术奖三等奖、华夏医学科技奖二等奖与三等奖、中华预防医学科学技术二等奖与三等奖、中国药学会科学技术三等奖。

近年来主要成就：詹思延教授主持国家级、省部级和国际合作课题数十项，以第一或责任作者发表SCI文章60余篇。主编出版了《临床流行病学》、《药物流行病学》等著作。任中国药学会流行病学专业委员会主任委员、药物流行病学杂志主编等。崔富强教授从“十五”开始，多次承担了国家科技攻关和科技重大专项等课题，累计发表中英文文章260余篇，主编出版了《呼吸道合胞病毒感染》等著作。任中华预防医学会感染性疾控防控分会副主任委员、《中国病毒病杂志》副主编等。

Peking University Health Science Center - Chinese Center for Disease Control and Prevention Joint Center for Vaccine Safety

In November 2019, the School of Public Health of Peking University of Health Science Center (PUHSC)and China China Center for Disease Control and prevention together established "Joint Center for Vaccine Safety". Given the guidance of the new vaccine law of the People's Republic of China and the leadership of the National Health Committee and National Drug Administration, the center will always committed to harmonizing the standards and methods to monitor the vaccine safety in China, and then conducting long-term and dynamic signal detection and risk assessment between vaccines and adverse events, and finally enhancing Evidence-based decision-making capacity of government for the immunization strategy and vaccines application.

Research Fields: vaccine safety research, including policy consultation, methodology and empirical research focused on safety surveillance and evaluation.

Research Scheme: 1) policy consultation, provide consultations or suggestions for central and local governments, including Ministry of Health, cFDA and CDC; 2) methodology research, systematically carry out methodological research on vaccine safety monitoring, sort out and standardize research methods related to vaccine safety signal discovery, signal refinement, and signal confirmation, etc.; 3) Methodological guidelines: develop and formulate methodological guidelines for post market safety research of vaccines to offer scientific support for the perfection and improvement of national immunization planning policies; 4) Monitoring vaccine safety, the safety of new vaccines, and new uses of old vaccines, and several critical adverse events following immunization should be monitored in long-term and dynamic ways.

Research Team: 1) Prof. Siyan Zhan has been a pioneer and initiated the research and teaching work of pharmacoepidemiology in China, has offered methodology consultation to National Medical Products Administration for drug safety surveillance, and has completed a large number of post marketing safety evaluation research for drugs. 2) Prof. Fuqiang Cui has always been committed to the epidemiological research of viral hepatitis and vaccine preventable diseases, especially the maternal and infant block of hepatitis B virus, immunization strategies for high-risk groups, etc. And since the “Tenth-Five Year Plan”, he has been in charge of national scientific research.

Research hardware: 1) the melecular epidemiology can undertake experiments of genetic and molecualr epidemiology of vaccines. 2) the Mechaninal room can provide support for data mining of vaccine safety monitoring and evaluation.

Research Reward: the 17th Wu Jieping Paul Yang Sen Medical Pharmacy award, "Chinese pioneer of pharmacoepidemiology" in 2015 National Academic Conference on pharmacoepidemiology and review of the 20th anniversary of discipline development, the third prize of Beijing Science and Technology Committee, the second/third prize of Huaxia Medical Science and Technology Committee, the second/third prize of science and technology award of China Preventive Medicine Association, and the third prize of Science and Technology Committee of China Key Society.

Critical Contribution

Professor Zhan Siyan presided over dozens of national, provincial and ministerial level and international cooperation projects, and published more than 60 SCI articles as the first or corresponding author, and has published the books of clinical epidemiology, pharmacoepidemiology, etc. She served as chairman of the epidemiology Committee of the Chinese Pharmaceutical Association and chief editor of the Chinese Journal of Pharmacoepidemiology.

Professor Fuqiang Cui has undertaken the projects foundating by the National Scientific and Technological research since the “Tenth-Five year plan”, published more than 260 articles, and complished a book “virus infection of respiratory tract syncytial”. He served as vice chairman of infectious disease control branch of Chinese Preventive Medicine Association and deputy editor of Chinese Journal of viral diseases.
