北京大学医学部近距离放疗研究中心

   

  2013年5月25日,我国第一家近距离放疗研究中心在北京大学成立,该中心集中了北京大学6家附属医院和教学医院的人才优势、技术优势和设备优势,结合我国肿瘤发病规律与特点,着力解决我国肿瘤治疗面临的实际问题,逐步形成我国近距离治疗临床规范与指南,提升我国肿瘤整体治疗水平,提高我国学者在国际舞台上的学术影响力。

  本中心研究领域包括:1.开展近距离治疗在恶性肿瘤治疗中的多中心临床实践,积极探索符合中国国情的创新性技术。2.开展恶性肿瘤放射性粒子植入在前列腺癌、儿童软组织肿瘤、复发恶性肿瘤治疗多中心临床研究。探索放射性粒子肿瘤细胞杀伤方面的放射生物学机制研究。开展3D打印模板辅助放射性粒子植入治疗的规范化治疗研究。3.开展超声、CT、MRI、PET/CT等多模态影像技术在恶性肿瘤近距离治疗中的应用,近距离治疗计划系统的开发与完善,及人工智能在肿瘤定位及穿刺引导技术的开发。

  本中心涵盖北京大学附属医院及教学医院相关科室,目前拥有高级职称14人,人员梯队建设合理,技术先进,医疗科研设备完善。4年来,数以千计患者得以医治,获得科研经费逾千万。

  中心成立以来,发表SCI文章累计50余篇。获得国家专利6项。制定行业标准5项。培养进修医生200余人,培养研究生20余人。

  本中心与国内多家科研机构、大学、企业合作,进行产学研转化医学研究,创新我国医学科学发展模式,探索适合中国国情、具有中国特色的自主创新、转化医学发展的新路子,提升我国自主创新能力,提高我国产品国际市场竞争力,实现产业升级,逐步形成独立知识产权、自主品牌。

  Brachytherapy Research Center of Peking University Health Science Center

  

  The brachytherapy research center of Peking University Health Science Center, the first Chinese center of brachytherapy, was set up in Peking University on May 25, 2013. The center focused on the personnel, technology and equipment advantages of six affiliated hospitals and teaching hospitals in Peking University. Based on the characteristics of incidence of malignant tumors, all the staffs are striving to solve the practical problems during the treatment of cancer, and gradually forming the clinical guidelines of our country for brachytherapy, enhancing the overall level of treatment of cancer in China and improving the scholar's academic influence in the international arena.

  Our research areas include: 1. To carry out multi-center clinical practice in the treatment of brachytherapy and to actively explore innovative technologies that are in line with China's national conditions.  2. To carry out the multi-center clinical study on the radioactive seeds interstitial implantation in the treatment of prostate cancer, children's soft tissue tumor and recurrent malignant tumor. To explore the radiation biological mechanism of radioactive seeds in the eradication of cancer. To study and carry out three-dimensional printing template-assisted computed tomography-guided 125I seeds interstitial implantation brachytherapy. 3. To carry out ultrasound, CT, MRI, PET/CT and other multimodality imaging technology in the brachytherapy treatment of malignant tumors, and development and improvement of brachytherapy system planning, and artificial intelligence in tumor localization and guidance technology.

  The center includes in the relevant departments of Peking University Affiliated Hospital and teaching hospital. At present, there are 14 senior professional staff members, and the construction of the staff echelon is reasonable. In the center, the technology is advanced, and the medical research facilities are perfect. Over the past 4 years, thousands of patients have been treated and more than tens of millions of scientific research funds have been obtained.

  Since the founding of the center, more than 50 articles have been published in SCI. 6 national patents were obtained. 5 professional standards are formulated. More than 200 trainee doctorswere trained and more than 20 postgraduate students were trained.

  The center cooperates with a number of domestic research institutions, universities and enterprises to carry out researches on the transformation of production, teaching and research to innovate the development model of medical science in our country, explore new ways suited to China's national conditions, featuring independent innovation with Chinese characteristics and transforming the development of medicine. Try to enhance our capability of independent innovation, improve the competitiveness of our products in the international market, to achieve industrial upgrading, and gradually develop new products owning independent intellectual property rights.
