北京大学医学部女性盆底疾病研究中心

北京大学医学部女性盆底疾病研究中心于2017年成立,秉承“多学科协作研究女性盆底疾病发病机制,促进临床转化,提升盆底疾病诊治水平”,中心整合了北京大学多所临床医学院妇产科、泌尿外科、肛肠科、影像科及中医科知名专家,与北京大学前沿交叉学院、干细胞研究中心、磁共振研究中心、工学院生物力学与材料学的优秀科研人员通力协作,共同组建盆底疾病交叉共融研究平台。

研究领域及方向

1.探究盆底疾病病因:研究盆底支持组织解剖和超微结构特征;建立盆底支持组织生物力学数学模型;探究雌、孕激素受体及其亚型在盆底疾病中的作用机制;为制定盆底疾病预防策略提供思路。

2.构建盆底疾病病情评估体系:建立基于MRI的盆底三维模型及有限元模型;研究盆底肌电生理特点及电刺激对盆底结构、功能影响;应用超声评估盆底解剖缺陷;研究盆底疾病的尿动力及肛肠动力特征,以精准评估病情,为制定个体化治疗方案提供依据。

3.研发盆底修复新型材料:研发新型盆底可降解生物补片,构建多功能修复补片,并探索3D打印组织工程补片;探索盆底疾病的干细胞治疗;建立盆底疾病大动物模型,为临床转化奠定基础。

       中心依托于“女性盆底疾病研究北京市重点实验室”,是目前国内唯一的以专注研究女性盆底疾病为主要研究内容的重点实验室,科研占地面积2000余平方米,配置50万元以上的高精尖设备超过2000万元,主持国家科技部重点研发计划、科技支撑计划、国家自然科学基金项目、省部级科研项目数十项。搭建了高效的产学研平台,配备了国际一流的设备,包括原子力显微镜、高内涵高通量检测、原位双轴力学试验系统、牵张应力加载培养分析仪、创建了完善的研究条件,共有科研人员约60人,其中高级职称30余人。与国外一流大学如美国密歇根大学、克利夫兰医学中心、KUMC、法国尼姆大学、里尔大学等开展密切合作交流;在国内建立唯一一家该领域的专业网站-中国女性盆底网,注册会员2万余人。

近年来,在Advanced Science、Frontiers in Endocrinology、American Journal Hematology、International Journal of Biological Science等高水平杂志发表科研成果;获得中华医学科技奖一等奖1次,教育部科技奖二等奖1次,华夏科技进步奖、中华预防医学会科技进步奖等其它省部级科技奖5次;获得专利10余项,获得自主研发软件著作权4项;搭建了老年尿失禁预防随访数据库及平台,组建了联合北大一院、北大深圳医院、北大国际医院、北京妇产医院、丰台妇幼保健院、房山妇幼保健院、武汉大学人民医院等18家医院的老年尿失禁预警预防随访平台数据库。

Pelvic floor Disorders Research Center of Peking University Health Science Center


“Pelvic floor Disorders Research Center of Peking University Health Science Center ”was established in December 2017.  This virtual center integrates more than clinical medical college of Beijing university of obstetrics and gynecology, urology, anorectal, image division and regions famous experts, and the platform for cross fusion of pelvic floor diseases was jointly established with excellent researchers from Peking University  Academy for Advanced Interdisciplinary Studies, Peking University Stem Cell Research Center, BeiJing NMR center, and College of Engineering, adhering to the "multidisciplinary collaborative research the pathogenesis of female pelvic floor disorders, and promoting the transformation of clinical, improve level of diagnosis and treatment of pelvic disease", to jointly establish a research platform for pelvic floor disease cross fusion.


Research field and direction

1. Study on the etiology of pelvic floor diseases: We are focusing to study the anatomical and ultrastructural characteristics of pelvic floor supporting tissue, to establish the biomechanical mathematical model of pelvic floor supporting tissue, and to explore the mechanism of estrogen receptor and its subtypes in pelvic floor diseases, aim at providing ideas for developing preventive strategies of pelvic floor diseases.

2. Establish pelvic floor disease evaluation system: We try to establish 3D pelvic floor model and finite element model based on MRI, and make evaluation of pelvic floor anatomical defects by ultrasound. Also, we make study to clarify the electrical physiological characteristics of pelvic floor muscle and the effect of electrical stimulation on the structure and function of pelvic floor. Combined with the study the characteristics of urodynamics and anorectal dynamics of pelvic floor diseases, in order to accurately evaluate the disease, to provide a basis for the development of individualized treatment plan.

3. Research and development of new pelvic floor repair mesh materials: We are exploring different kinds of materials in the research and development of new biodegradable pelvic floor repair meshes, to construct multi-functional repair meshes, and to explore 3D printing tissue engineering grafts . And, A large animal model of pelvic floor disease were used in exploring stem cell treatments for pelvic floor diseases, to lay the foundation for clinical transformation.


This virtual center based on female pelvic floor disorders research key laboratory of Beijing, is the only laboratory to focus in the study as the main research content of female pelvic floor key laboratory domestic present, research laboratory covers an area of more than 2000 square meters, the configuration of advanced equipment more than 500000 yuan of above 20 million yuan, leading dozens of the national Ministry of Science and Technology key research project of science and technology support plan , provincial and ministerial scientific research projects funded by national Natural Science Foundation of China, and the total scientific research funds have exceeded 20 million yuan. It has built an efficient platform for production, education and research, and equipped with world-class equipment, including atomic force microscope, high-intension and high-throughput detection, in-situ biaxial mechanical test system, tensile stress loading culture analyzer. Perfect research conditions have been created, with a total of about 60 researchers, more than 30 of whom have senior titles, conducting close cooperation and exchanges with first-class foreign universities such as University of Michigan, Cleveland Medical Center, KUMC, University De Nimes, Lille, etc. And the research center operated a national website the only professional website in this field in China - China Women pelvic floor network, registered members of more than 20,000 people.
