北京大学创伤医学中心

   

  北京大学创伤医学中心前身为北京大学交通医学中心,成立于2005年10月,是中华医学会创伤学分会前任主任委员单位、中国医师协会创伤医师分会侯任主任委员单位。由北京大学人民医院创伤骨科联合北京大学第一医院、人民医院及第三医院的急诊、创伤、神经外科、胸外科、外科监护、康复科等多科室,公共卫生学院及北京市公安局交通管理局等多个单位参与组成。中国工程院院士王正国教授为中心名誉主任,姜保国教授为中心主任。中心以北京大学的优势资源为依托,整合多家单位及医疗科室的专业技术特长,特别是针对道路交通损伤的高起点临床诊疗技术,与道路交通损伤临床需求密切结合,开展高水平的科研工作。

  中心的研究领域和方向为:

  1、中国严重创伤救治规范的研究与推广

  中心整合多家单位及医疗科室的专业技术特长,先后在国家“十一五”科技支撑计划、卫生部卫生公益性行业科研专项、国家教育部科技委战略研究重点项目、北京市首发基金等课题支持下,就“中国严重创伤救治规范的研究与推广”、“中国严重创伤区域性救治体系建设”等问题进行了深入系统的研究。初步建立了适合我国国情的严重创伤救治体系,被国内外学术界/主流媒体称之为“严重创伤规范化救治体系中国模式”。

  2、周围神经损伤的修复

  在周围神经损伤领域,我科拥有丰富的临床和科研能力,成功治疗大量周围神经卡压和损伤及其继发的肢体畸形患者,在臂丛神经损伤,周围神经修复方面的科学研究处于国际领先水平。我科遵循临床与科研并举的原则,以大量实验研究为基础,提出生物套管小间隙套接修复周围神经损伤的新方法,先后在低等动物、高等动物体内得到验证,该项研究彻底改变了沿用近百年的神经缝合方法,使神经修复效果明显提高。

  中心多学科团队现有博导4名、硕导19名,教授25名,副教授37名,医生32名,所有人员中拥有博士学位87名,有中华医学会创伤学分会前任主任委员1名,中国医师协会创伤外科医师分会侯任主任委员1名,国际矫形与创伤外科学会(SICOT)中国分会副主席1名,北京市创伤学会主任委员1名,侯任主任委员1名,国家二级学会常委、委员14名。多学科团队人员专业涵盖急诊、骨科、神经外科、普外科、心胸外科、介入影像科、重症监护科、泌尿外科。中心建筑面积6000余平米,开放床位80张,现备有1个复苏单元,1个EICU、1个TICU,呼吸机8台、除颤仪3台、CT 3台、MRI 2台等。该研究历时10余年,发表论文443 篇,包括国际权威杂志《The Lancet》等SCI 杂志论文56 篇;论文累计被引4933次;获得国家发明专利5 项、其他知识产权18 项;制定并公开发表了《严重创伤规范化救治》等15 项救治规范、专家共识;主编《严重创伤救治规范》等专著7部;研究成果获得国家科技进步二等奖1项、教育部科技进步一等奖1 项、浙江省科技进步二等奖1 项。鉴于本项目在降低严重创伤致死/致残率方面取得的突出成绩,项目负责人姜保国教授荣获2016年度顾氏和平奖。成为中国大陆第二个获此殊荣的学者。

  中心在国内率先开展了全国范围的创伤数据采集及流程监测。通过自主研发的中国第一款“创伤数据库”系统软件大样本数据分析,首次详细地描述了我国严重创伤死亡率持续高居不下的整体现状,并系统地总结出我国严重创伤救治的整体影响因素和亟需解决的问题,研究成果在国际权威医学期刊《柳叶刀》(“The Lancet”)上发表,得到了国际同行的关注和认可。姜保国教授根据我国创伤的现状及救治中的缺陷,在国际上开创性提出建立“以综合医院为核心的闭环式区域性创伤救治体系”的核心理念,并率先提出在综合医院建立创伤救治团队替代独立的创伤救治中心的新模式,被国际同行认为是发展中国家创伤体系建设的有效模式,也被称为“创伤救治中国模式”。该体系可使严重创伤的救治效率明显提高、死亡率明显下降,使我国创伤救治水平与国际接轨。

  Introduction to the Centre for Trauma Medicine of Peking University

  The predecessor of the Centre for Trauma Medicine of Peking University is the Centre for Traffic Medicine of Peking University,which was established in October 2015, It is the former director of Chinese Medical  Association Traumatology Branch and the director-in-waiting of Chinese  Medical DoctorAssociation Department of traumatist.The center was composed of many units that included the Peking University people's hospital trauma orthopaedic department that is the team leader, and three affiliated hospitals of Peking University emergency, trauma, neurosurgery, thoracic surgery, surgical care and rehabilitation department, school of public health and the Beijing municipal public security bureau traffic management bureau. Professor Wang Zhengguo, academician of the Chinese Academy of engineering, is the honorary director of the center, and Professor Jiang Baoguo is the director of the center.The Center relying on superior resources of Peking University, professional and technical expertise from a number of  integrated units and medical departments, especially for the high starting point of clinical diagnosis and treatment techniques of road traffic injury, combined with road traffic injury clinical needs, develops a high level of scientific research work.

  Research field and direction

  1、Study and Promotion of the Standard for Treatment of Severe Trauma in China

  The center,integrated a number of units and the medical department'sprofessional and technical expertise  , under the support of  the National "eleventh five-year plan", the ministry of health and public welfare industry research, the ministry of education's science and technology strategic research project, Beijing starting fund, and so on, has carried out an in-depth and systematic study on the "research and promotion of the standards of severe trauma treatment in China" and the "construction of a regional treatment system for severe trauma in China" .A severe trauma treatment system suitable for China is initially established. It is called "the Chinese mode of standardized treatment system for severe trauma" by the academic and mainstream media at home and abroad.

  2、Repair of peripheral nerve injury

  In the field of peripheral nerve injury, our department has abundant clinical and scientific research ability, and has successfully treated a large number of patients with peripheral nerve compression and injury and secondary limb deformities. The scientific research in brachial plexus injury and peripheralnerve repair is at the leading level in the world. Followed  the principles of clinical and scientific research, based on  a large number of experimental research ,we have proposed a new method for repairing peripheral nerve injury with biological sleeve and small gap connection,which has been validated in  lower animals and higher animals in vivo.

  The study has completely changed the use of nerve suture method which had been used for nearly one hundred years and improved the effect of nerve repair.

  The team has four doctoral student tutors, the master tutors of 19, 25 professors,  37 associate professors, 32 doctors, 87 doctorates. The team has one former chairman of the Chinese medical associationtrauma branch,one ex-chairman of China physicians association trauma branch, and 1 vice President of SICOT China chapter,1 director of Beijing trauma association. The multi-disciplinary team is specialized in emergency, orthopedics, neurosurgery, general surgery, cardiothoracic surgery, interventional imaging, intensive care unit, urology.

  The center has a building area of 6000 square meters and 80 beds. It is equipped with 1 recovery unit, 1 EICU, 1 TICU, 8 ventilators, 3 anti-vibration machines, 3 CT machines and 2 MRI machines.

  The study lasted more than 10 years and published 443 papers, including 56 SCI papers and international authoritative magazine--The Lancet. The paper has been cited 4,933 times. It has obtained 5 national invention patents and 18 other intellectual property rights; Formulated and published 15 medical treatment norms and expert consensus on "severe trauma normalized treatment",published  7 monographs. The research results obtained the second prize of national science and technology progress award, the first prize of science and technology progress of the ministry of education, and one second prize of zhejiang science and technology progress award. In view of the outstanding achievements of the project in reducing the death/disability rate of severe trauma, the project leader, professor jiang baoguo, was awarded the 2016 gu's peace prize. Become the second Chinese scholar to win this award.

  Important research achievements and contributions.

  National trauma data collection and process monitoring were carried out in China. Through independent research and development of China's first "trauma database system" software large sample data analysis, described in detail for The first time severe trauma mortality continued high overall situation, and systematically summarizes the overall impact factors of severe trauma treatment and need to solve problems, research achievements was published in the international authoritative medical journal the Lancet,and get the attention of the international counterparts and recognition.

  According to the present situation and treatment of traumatic defect, professor Jiang baoguo international groundbreaking proposed "general hospital as the core of the closed type regional trauma care system". The core idea, and was the first to put forward the general hospital for trauma care team to replace independent new mode of trauma care center, is considered by international peers as an effective mode of trauma system construction in developing countries, also known as the" trauma care mode in China ". This system can make the treatment of severe trauma obviously increase the efficiency and mortality decreased obviously. That makes the level of trauma care in China and international integration.
