移动数字医院系统教育部工程研究中心于2018年获批成立,主管单位为教育部,依托单位为北京大学和北京大学人民医院。近年来,中心致力于开展智能医疗以及智能健康和养老等方面的基础研究和系统研发,并专注于探索智慧医院建设、医院各类科研数据库建设、智能影像识别研究和智能新药研发等以临床研究工作为核心的产品研发及应用。北京大学人民医院参与工程中心的运作和管理,并负责中心的应用示范工作。
医院各类科研数据库(包括专科库、专病库等)的建立与应用;医学救援大数据库的建设;区域健联体+智慧医疗管理体系平台的建设;多院区协同信息系统的建设;智慧急救、智慧诊疗、康复治疗及慢病管理、在线健康管理与健康教育、智能养老服务等技术与产品的研发与推广;急诊急救患者生物特征识别技术与产品的研发;基于大数据和人工智能开展大规模基因组识别、蛋白组学、代谢组学等研究和新药研发;智能影像识别;基于人工智能的临床辅助决策和预测等。
北京大学人民医院创建于1918年,经过一个世纪的发展,医院现已成为集医疗、教学、科研为一体的现代化综合性大型三级甲等医院, 是国家卫生健康委员会委管医院,北京大学第二附属医院,北京大学第二临床医学院。1995年,北京大学人民医院建立了HIS系统,是国内第一家应用HIS系统的医院。2015年,医院通过国家卫健委“医院信息互联互通标准化成熟度测评”四级甲等标准。
移动数字医疗系统教育部工程研究中心现有人员44名,其中科研人员18名、技术人员11名、行政人员15名;其中正高级别6人、副高级别8人,专业涉及临床医学、流行病与卫生统计学、软件工程和计算机创新技术等。
近年来,中心面向全院科研工作人员开放了若干个研究型平台,包括:1)临床研究数据平台,包含444万余名患者的历次就诊数据;2)临床流行病与卫生统计学服务平台,为全院免费提供医学研究中的流行病学研究设计、统计分析方法咨询服务的科学研究服务;3)实验室科研技术共享平台,面向临床全面开放其中的分子细胞生物学、形态学、医学生物信息学应用和生物样本库四个二级平台;4)实验动物服务平台,为医、教、研提供“动物采购和饲养、动物实验技术、兽医照护、专业咨询与培训”等各项服务等。
北京大学人民医院机构负责人王天兵作为课题负责人参与国家重点研发计划《疾病表型数据标准化技术体系建设》,中心依托于该项目,对医院所有临床信息系统自1986年以来产生的医疗数据进行了全面治理,并建立了全院级的临床研究数据平台及各类专病库、专科库;建立生物样本库,目前入库患者共55250例、入库样本共433289管、出库样本共74973管,包括组织、血浆、血清、白细胞、尿液、DNA、羊水、胎盘、粪便、骨髓等20余种样本类型。近年来,中心获得各类国家重大研究项目若干,团队成员以第一作者或通讯作者发表SCI论文若干,最高影响因子为11.6,平均影响因子为5.14。

Ministry of Education Engineering Research Center for Mobile Digital Hospital System
Founded in 2018, Ministry of Education Engineering Research Center for Mobile Digital Hospital System was under the governance of Ministry of Education and administered by Peking University (PKU) and Peking University People's Hospital (PKUPH). In recent years, the center has been devoted to carrying out fundamental research and development in intelligent medical care, intelligent health and seniors’ care; moreover, it has taken clinical research as the core and focused on R&D and applications such as the construction of intelligent hospitals, the development of various structured clinical database in hospitals, intelligent image recognition and intelligent new drug development. PKUPH takes part in the operation and management of this engineering research center, and is responsible for its application and demonstration.
The development and research on various clinical structured databases in hospitals,including special disease databases; the construction of a database of emergency rescue; the construction of a regional health association and intelligent medical management system; the construction of a multi-campus collaborative information system; R & D and promotion of following technologies and products: intelligent first aid, intelligent diagnosis and treatment, rehabilitation treatment and chronic disease management, online health management and health education, intelligent pension services and so on; R & D of biometric recognition technology and its products for emergency patients;large-scale genome recognition, proteomics, metabolomics and other research and new drug development based on big data and artificial intelligence(AI); intelligent image recognition; Clinical decision support and prediction based on AI.
Founded in 1918, Peking University People's Hospital (PKUPH) has had a consistent commitment to providing high-quality patient care, excellent education, and innovative research. It is not only the appointed hospital of the National Health Commission, but also the affiliated hospital and the Second Clinical Medical College of Peking University. The hospital has two campuses: Xizhimen Campus and Baitasi Campus; there is a Tongzhou Campus under construction. PKUPH established the HIS system in 1995, and was the first hospital to apply the system over China. In 2015, the hospital met the Four-Level standard of the National Health Commission's Maturity Evaluation of the Hospital Information Interconnection Standardization.
There are 44 staff members in the center, including 18 scientific researchers, 11 technical staff, and 15 administrative staff; 6 of them are senior and 8 are senior associates; they specialize in clinical medicine, Epidemiology and Health Statistics, computer science, software engineering and computer innovation technology and so on.
Our center has provided several platforms for clinical researchers in recent years, including 1) the clinical research data platform, which has every visit’s clinical data of more than 4.44 million patients; 2) the clinical epidemiology and health statistics service platform, which provides free consulting services in medical research such as scientific research on epidemiological research design and statistical analysis method; 3) four laboratory scientific research and technology sharing platforms, including molecular biology, morphology, medical bioinformatics applications and biological sample library, all of which are fully open to the clinical researchers; 4) the experimental animal service platform, which provided "animal procurement and breeding, animal experiment technology, veterinary care, professional consultation and training" and other services for medical, teaching and research staff in PKUPH.
Wang Tianbing, who is in charge of our center, has been the leader of the National Key Research & Development Project "Data Standardized Technology of Diseases", which devoted to the data governance of hospitals and the standard establishment of the structured clinical data. In recent years, the center has completed the data governance of medical data generated by multiple major clinical information systems of PKUPH, and developed a hospital-level clinical research data platform and otherstructured databases of some special diseases; it also has established a biological sample bank, with 55,250 patients’ sample and 433,289 tubes in total, including more than 20 types of samples, such as tissue, plasma, serum, white blood cells, urine, DNA, amniotic fluid, placenta, feces, bone marrow, and etc. The team members of our center have got many national R&D projects and published several SCI papers in recent years, and among them, the highest impact factor is 11.6 and the average impact factor is 5.14.
