国家中医药管理局痰瘀重点研究室

国家中医药管理局痰瘀重点研究室是在北京大学基础医学院中西医结合教研室、北京大学医学部天士力微循环研究中心、国家中医药管理局微循环三级实验室基础上,于2012年成立,挂靠在北京大学医学部。于2014年2月天士力微循环研究中心、国家中医药管理局微循环三级实验室、国家中医药管理局痰瘀重点研究室与北京大学第一临床医院心内科共建微血管病研究所获批北京市中西医结合微血管病研究所。研究室主任由北京大学医学部中西医结合学系主任韩晶岩教授担任。
痰瘀重点研究室选定了气虚痰瘀的机理、热毒痰瘀的机理、外伤痰瘀的机理三个研究方向,以微循环障碍的动态和微血管通透性变化为切入点,重点分析气虚、热毒、外伤引发血瘀,进而,由瘀致痰,形成痰瘀的机制, 并揭示补气活血、清热活血、活血化痰方药在治疗瘀血的同时,能否减轻痰瘀,探讨其物质基础和作用机理。
国家中医药管理局痰瘀重点研究室由中医药学、中西医结合、临床医学、药学、生物学等多学科、多层次研究和技术人员构成,培养了19名硕士研究生,36名博士研究生,6名博士后研究人员。
国家中医药管理局痰瘀重点研究室拥有脏器微循环动态可视化研究平台(含脏器微循环研究室)、微血管组织与组织化学研究平台(含组织与组织化学研究室、超微结构研究室、激光共聚焦室)、微血管细胞与分子生物学研究平台(含细胞生物学研究室、分子生物学研究室)。主要设备包括心脏微循环动态观察系统、脑微循环动态观察系统、肺微循环观察系统、肝脏微循环动态观察系统、肾微循环观察系统、胃肠系膜微循环动态观察系统、血流量二维扫描记录系统、血流量散斑式记录、四导生理记录仪、呼吸机、微灌注仪、水迷宫、小动物超声仪、大鼠运动记录仪、大鼠代谢笼、-80度冰箱、-20度冰箱、全自动石蜡切片机、冰冻切片机、全自动组织脱水机、组织包埋机、低温冰箱、荧光显微镜、恒温恒湿箱、高速离心机、低速低温离心机、软组织切片机、激光共聚焦显微镜、3维图像构建系统、图像分析系统、冷冻超薄切片机、透射电子显微镜、扫描电子显微镜、真空泵、CO2临界干燥仪、离子溅射仪、冷冻干燥仪、超声清洗仪、镀膜仪、修块机、细胞动态可视化观察系统、恒温恒湿培养箱、低温培养箱、三气培养箱、流式细胞仪、CO2培养箱、电子天平、多功能酶标仪、RT-PCR、温度梯度PCR、2D电泳仪、电泳仪、制冰机、凝胶成像仪、净水系统、化学发光仪、十万分之一天平。

Key Laboratory of Phlegm Stasis of State Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine
Key Laboratory of Phlegm Stasis of State Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicinewas established in 2012 on the basis of theDepartment of Integration of Chinese and Western Medicine of School of Basic Medical Sciences of Peking University, Tasly Microcirculation Research Center of Peking University Health Science Center and Level III Microcirculation Laboratory of State Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine, and is affiliated to Peking University Health Science Center. In February 2014, Tasly Microcirculation Research Center, Level III Microcirculation Laboratory of State Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Key Laboratory of Phlegm Stasis of State Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Department of Cardiology of Peking University First Hospitalwere approved to co-build Beijing Institute of Microvascular Diseases of Integrated Chinese and Western medicine. Professor Jing-Yan Han, director of Department of Integration of Chinese and Western Medicine of Peking University Health Science Center, serves as director of the institute.
Key Laboratory of Phlegm and Blood Stasis has selected three research directions including mechanisms of Qi deficiency and phlegm stasis, heat poisoning and phlegm stasis, and traumatic phlegm stasis. We use microcirculation disturbance dynamics and microvascular permeability changes as the starting point, focusing on mechanism analysis of blood stasis caused by Qi deficiency, heat poisoning and trauma which proceeded into phlegm stasis, and clarify whether prescriptions working on Qi supplement and blood activation, heat clearance and blood activation, and blood activation and phlegm removal can reduce phlegm stasis while alleviating blood stasis, thus exploring their material basis and mechanism of action.
Key Laboratory of Stasis and Phlegm of State Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicineconsists of multidisciplinary, multi-level research and technical staff on traditional Chinese Medicine, Integrative Medicine, clinical medicine, pharmacy, biology, etc. and has trained 19 master's degree students, 36 doctoral students and 6 postdoctoral researchers.
Beijing Microangiopathy Institute of Integrated Chinese and Western Medicine has animal experimental platform, visceral microcirculation dynamic visualization platform (including organ microcirculation laboratory), microvascular tissue and tissue chemistry research platform (including tissue and tissue chemistry laboratory, ultrastructure laboratory and laser confocal laboratory), microvascular cell and molecular biology research platform (including cell biology laboratory and molecular biology laboratory). The main equipment includes dynamic observation system of microcirculation of heart, brain, lung, liver, kidney and gastrointestinal mesentery, two-dimensional blood flow scanning and recording system, blood flow speckle-type recording system, four-lead physiology recorder, ventilator, micro-perfusion instrument, water maze, small animal ultrasound system, rat motion recorder, rat metabolism cage, -80℃refrigerator, -20℃refrigerator, automatic paraffin microtome, frozen tissue microtome, automatic tissue dehydrator, tissue embedding machine, low temperature refrigerator, fluorescence microscope, constant temperature and humidity box, high speed centrifuge, low speed and low temperature centrifuge, soft tissue microtome, laser confocal microscope, 3-D image construction system, image analysis system, cryo-ultramicrotome, transmission electron microscope, scanning electron microscope, vacuum pump, CO2 critical dryer, ion sputter, freeze dryer, ultrasonic cleaner, coating machine, repairing machine, cell dynamic visualization observation system, constant temperature and humidity incubator, low temperature incubator, three gas incubator, flow cytometry, CO2 incubator, electronic scale, multi-functional microplate reader, RT-PCR, temperature gradient PCR, 2D electrophoresis, electrophoresis, ice maker, gel imager, water purification system, chemiluminescence instrument, and one hundred thousandth scale.
