北京市中西医结合生殖医学研究所成立于2013年，依托于北京大学第三医院，生殖中心与中医科从2004年开始合作，近十年来采用中药针刺中药介入辅助生殖技术的过程，提高胚胎着床率和妊娠率，每年平均4000-5000余例不孕患者，形成了较为成熟的治疗方法；研究所进一步促进了两个科室联合发展，制定了生殖类疾病中西医结合治疗方案，使得患者咨询，挂号、就医和随访更便捷，优化治疗时间安排和治疗效果，为优生优育的良性发展创造条件。

　　研究领域及方向：

　　1. 开展生殖内分泌相关中医名词术语的规范化研究，完善文献数据库的建立；

　　2. 完善中药、针刺介入辅助生殖技术的中西医结合诊疗规范；

　　3．探索反复体外受精失败的中西医结合治疗最佳介入时间和方药；

　　4. 评估针刺对多囊卵巢综合征肥胖女性的疗效并探索其机制；

　　5. 评估中西医结合治疗复发性流产的有效性和安全性；

　　6 .高龄女性的中医证候表现特征；

　　7. 开展生殖内分泌相关中医名词术语的规范化研究，完善数据库的建立。

 

　　北京市中西医结合生殖医学研究所有北京大学第三医院生殖中心和中医科联合成立，生殖中心拥有正高级职称医师10人，副高级临床医师6人，主治医师11人，住院医师10余人，护士92人，医师助理50余人，具有博士学位28人，硕士学位5人，日门诊量1800-2000人次，年门诊量超过50万人次，且拥有辅助生殖教育部重点实验室，生殖内分泌与辅助生殖技术北京市重点实验室，具有较强的临床研究与基础研究水平，在全国妇产科及生殖医学领域名列前茅。北京大学第三医院中医科现有正式人员编制12人，其中主任医师3人，副主任医师6人，主治医师5人，住院医师2人，医师助理2人，另有3名退休返聘专家，具有博士学位的有8人，硕士学位的有3人，不孕症的中医药诊治是该科室的专长之一，2011年被批准成为北京地区综合医院示范中医科建设单位，2015年成为全国综合医院中医药工作示范单位。

 

　　近年来的重要科研成果及贡献

　　1. 参与国内多中心研究，深入研究经皮穴位电刺激仪在辅助生殖中的应用

　　2. 完成了冻融周期中药针刺改善子宫内膜容受性的临床随机对照研究

　　3. 与瑞典卡罗琳医学院合作，开展国际多中心随机对照研究，评估针刺治疗多囊卵巢综合征的有效性

　　4. 开展生殖内分泌相关中医名词术语的规范化研究，完善数据库的建立

　　5. 完成了滋肾育胎丸等中成药在体外受精-胚胎移植治疗中应用的多中心临床研究

　　Traditional Chinese and Western medicine for Reproductive Medicine institute of Beijing founded in 2013,relying on Peking University Third Hospital, the reproductive center and the department of traditional chinese medicine began to cooperate in 2004, combined acupuncture and herbs with the process of intervening assisted reproductive technology in the last ten years,improving the embryo implantation rate and pregnancy rate, treated almost 4000-5000 infertile patients each year, formed a mature treatment method.

　　The Institute has further promoted the joint development of two departments，formulated a combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine for reproductive diseases,consultation, registration, medical treatment and follow-up are more convenient for patients, optimal treatment time arrangement and therapeutic effect, to create better conditions for the healthy development of eugenics.

　　Research field

　　1. Research on the standardization of reproductive endocrinology related terms of traditional Chinese Medicine, established the literature database.

　　2.Establish the standardization of traditional Chinese medicine and acupuncture intervention in assisted reproductive technology.

　　3. Exploring the best intervention time and prescription of combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine for the failure of repeated IVF

　　4. Evaluate the effect of acupuncture on obese women with polycystic ovary syndrome and explore its mechanism

　　5. Evaluate the efficacy and safety of combination of Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of recurrent miscarriages

　　The reproductive center and the department of traditional Chinese medicine of Peking University third hospital jointly set up the traditional Chinese and Western medicine for Reproductive Medicine institute of Beijing the reproductive center has10 senior professional title doctors, 6 deputy senior clinicians,11 chief physicians,more than 10 resident doctors , 92 nurses and almost 50 physician assistants, 28 staffs are doctorate,5 have the master's degree, 1800-2000 outpatient visits a day and more than 500 thousand people a year. It owns the assisted reproductivekey laboratory of the Ministry of education,Key Laboratory of Reproductive endocrinology and assisted reproductive technology in Beijing,specialized in both clinical and basic research, and top in china.the department oftraditional Chinese medicine have 12 official staffs, including 3 senior professional title doctors, 6 deputy senior clinicians, 5 chief physicians and 2 resident doctors , 8 staffs are doctorate and 3 have the master's degree,diagnosis and treatment of infertility is one of the specialties of the department, it was approved to be the model unit of department of traditional Chinese medicine in Beijing General Hospital in 2011, it became a demonstration unit of traditional Chinese medicine in the national comprehensive hospital in 2015.

　　Achievements and contributions in recent years

　　Participation in a multi- center research of the application of TEAS in assisted reproduction

　　Completed a RCT of combined traditional Chinese medicine with acupuncture improve the endometrial receptivity in freeze-thaw cycle.

　　An international multicenter randomized controlled study was conducted to assess the effectiveness of acupuncture in the treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome.

　　Completed a multicenter clinical study on the application of the Chinese patent medicine, such as Zi Shen Yutai pill, in the treatment of in vitro fertilization and embryo transfer (IVF-ET)
