北京市中西医结合微血管病研究所

   

  北京市中西医结合微血管病研究所是于2014年2月由北京大学基础医学院中西医结合教研室、北京大学医学部天士力微循环研究中心、国家中医药管理局微循环三级实验室、国家中医药管理局痰瘀重点研究室与北京大学第一临床医院心内科联合成立,研究所所长由北京大学医学部中西医结合学系主任韩晶岩教授担任,副所长北京大学第一临床医院心内科主任霍勇教授担任。

  研究领域及方向为:

  针对影响我国民众健康和国家医疗财政的心血管系统的微血管损伤相关性疾病,凝练血瘀和活血化瘀等科学问题,系统地研究气虚、介入等引发心肌血瘀的病理过程,阐明补气活血、活血化瘀等治疗原则和代表方药的作用机理;

  基于心血管的临床问题,以冠心病介入后心脏微循环障碍和心肌损伤为介入点,分析心血瘀的生物学依据、评价活血化瘀中药的临床效果、分析其作用机理,在心脏微血管损伤性疾病、微循环障碍性疾病的辨证和治疗方面,提出源于中医理论的创新理论和方法,提高我国和北京市防治微循环障碍相关疾病的水平,促进中医血瘀和活血化瘀理论的现代化和国际化。

 

  北京市中西医结合微血管病研究所由中医药学、中西医结合、临床医学、药学、生物学等多学科、多层次研究和技术人员构成。

  Beijing Microangiopathy Institute of Integrated Chinese and Western Medicine  

  Beijing Microangiopathy Institute of Integrated Chinese and Western Medicine was established jointly by Department of Integration of Chinese and Western Medicine of School of Basic Medical Sciences of Peking University, Tasly Microcirculation Research Center of Peking University Health Science Center, Level III Microcirculation Laboratory of State Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Key laboratory of phlegm stasis of State Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Department of Cardiology of Peking University First Hospital in February 2014. Professor Jing-Yan Han, director of Department of Integration of Chinese and Western Medicine School of Basic Medical Sciences of Peking University, serves as director of the institute. Professor Yong Huo, director of Department of Cardiology of Peking University First Hospital, serves as vice director.

  Research field and direction:

  1. In view of the scientific problems of microvascular injury-related cardiovascular diseases which affect the public health and the national financial system of our country, we raise scientific problems such as blood stasis and blood activation and stasis removal, and systematically study the pathological process of cardiac blood stasis caused by Qi deficiency and intervention, and clarify Qi supplement and blood activation, blood activation and stasis removal and other treatment principles, and the mechanism of representative prescription.

  2. Based on the clinical problems of cardiovascular system, taking the cardiac microcirculatory disturbance and myocardial injury after coronary intervention as starting point, we analyze the biological basis of cardiac blood stasis, evaluate the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine on blood activation and stasis removal, analyze their mechanisms and propose innovative theories and methods in differentiation and treatment of cardiac microvascular disease and microcirculation disorders stemming from Chinese medicine theory, thus improving the level of disease prevention and treatment of microcirculation disorder-related diseases in China and Beijing and promoting the modernization and internationalization of the theory of blood stasis and blood activation and stasis removal in traditional Chinese medicine.

  Beijing Microangiopathy Institute of Integrated Chinese and Western Medicine consists of  multidisciplinary, multi-level research and technical staff on traditional Chinese Medicine, Integrative Medicine, clinical medicine, pharmacy, biology, etc.

  Beijing Microangiopathy Institute of Integrated Chinese and Western Medicine has animal experimental platform, visceral microcirculation dynamic visualization platform (including organ microcirculation laboratory), microvascular tissue and tissue chemistry research platform (including tissue and tissue chemistry laboratory, ultrastructure laboratory and laser confocal laboratory), microvascular cell and molecular biology research platform (including cell biology laboratory and molecular biology laboratory).
