蛋白质修饰与细胞功能北京市重点实验室于2014年6月经北京市科委正式批复成立。
蛋白质修饰与细胞功能实验室主要以重要蛋白质的翻译后修饰为核心问题,探讨蛋白质在生理或病理条件下不同的修饰与肿瘤发生发展,细胞的衰老或干细胞发育及分化的关系;研究影响肿瘤发生发展的关键因素;确定细胞衰老的规律,并探讨在干细胞的发育及分化中重要蛋白质的修饰作用。深入了解影响和调节蛋白质修饰的过程和规律,阐明蛋白质修饰在干细胞特性的维持和定向分化中的作用。
本实验室依托国家重点学科,拥有以童坦君、尚永丰两位院士为首的高层次学术梯队,共有研究人员43名,包括“长江学者奖励计划”特聘教授1名,国家自然科学基金委“国家杰出青年基金”获得者2名,“国家优秀青年基金” 获得者2名,“新世纪优秀人才”4名,博士生导师8名,硕士生导师14名,团队科研力量雄厚。近年来,承担多项国家重点研发项目、国家自然科学基金重大和重点项目等课题。2017年,实验室共获得国家和省部级纵向研究经费1239万元,依托单位投入360万元。
本实验室秉承北京大学的传统,力争达到国际先进水平,经过不断的努力,近年来在国际刊物发表高水平论文多篇,包括《Cell》、《Nature》、《Nature Reviews Cancer》、《Nature Cell Biology》、《Genes & Development》、《PNAS》、《Cell Research》、《Autophagy》等。关于“雌激素和三苯氧胺诱发妇科肿瘤的分子机制”、“乳腺癌发生发展的表观遗传机制”、“甲胎蛋白信号分子样作用的发现” 和“组蛋白去乙酰化酶抑制肿瘤的机制研究” 的相关研究分别获得了国家自然科学奖、教育部自然科学奖等多个重要奖项。

Beijing Key Laboratory of Protein Posttranslational Modification and Cellular Function
Beijing Key Laboratory of Protein Posttranslational Modification and Cellular Function was founded in 2014. In 2017.
The research work is mainly focused on the roles of post translational modifications in following fields: epigenetic regulation and molecular mechanism of cancer; molecular mechanism of cellular senescence and ageing; stem cell differentiation and application and molecular mechanism of infectious diseases.
Beijing Key Laboratory of Protein Posttranslational Modification and Cellular Function has 2 Academicians of Chinese Academy of Sciences, 2 “National Outstanding Youth Fund” funded member by The National Natural Science Foundation of China, 2 “National Excellent Youth Fund” funded member by The National Natural Science Foundation of China, 4 “New Century Excellent Researcher”, 8 Ph.D. supervisors and 10 Master supervisors. The total number of the external funding is 123,900,000 Yuan.
Within recent decade, professors of the department have published several scientific papers in high-profile international journals including 《Cell》、《Nature》、《Nature Reviews Cancer》、《Nature Cell Biology》、《Genes & Development》、《PNAS》、《Cell Research》、《Autophagy》and many others. The research of “Epigenetic regulation of breast cancer invasion and metastasis” and the research of “Molecular mechanism of Tamoxifen induced Endometrial carcinoma” by professor Yongfeng Shang was awarded as the first prize of “Chinese medical science and Technology Award”, first prize of “Prize of natural science of the Ministry of Education”, and second prize of “National Natural Science Award”, etc.
