消化科实验室成立于1981年，早在70年代，郑芝田教授首先发现痢特灵可治疗消化性溃疡病，开创了抗生素治疗溃疡病先例，属国内领先，曾获1988年北京市科技进步二等奖，1989年卫生部科技进步三等奖。80年代后期开始进行多项以痢特灵为基础根除Hp治疗的实验研究，在Hp诊治方面积累了大量经验。

　　消化科实验室经过多年建设，形成了一支整体素质极高、实力强大的学术梯队，实验室现有固定人员42人（23人具有高级职称），具体包括研究人员38人，技术人员4人,先后多人在国外做过博士后或研究工作。实验室拥有林三仁、周丽雅、丁士刚、段丽萍、黄永辉等众多知名的消化病学专家，在现任主任周丽雅教授的带领下，实验室得到全面发展。

　　本实验室的研究重点为：（1）幽门螺杆菌（Hp）致病机制：应用蛋白及基因组学等手段，筛选高致病性Hp的标志物，从分子生物学、信号转导等方面，明确其具体作用的机制；（2）Hp诊断研究：建立Hp快速诊断平台，探索无创、快速、经济的方法，自主研制具有知识产权的Hp诊断试剂盒；（3）Hp耐药性分析、人群基因检测及个体化治疗：寻找快速检测Hp的耐药基因的方法，探索人群中不同个体对不同抗生素的代谢差异及对根除Hp的影响，开展新一代抗菌药物治疗Hp的临床研究；（4）Hp相关疾病及早癌随访临床研究：探讨Hp感染后早癌发生的规律及临床干预方法，规范早癌随访；（5）Hp流行病学：应用分子流行病学的方法，对不同地区人群中Hp感染进行分析

　　2008年至2011年，我科周丽雅教授牵头，联合全国7家合作单位共同承担了国家“十一五”科技支撑计划课题“我国Hp感染诊断和治疗的规范化研究”，首次在全国不同代表地区内研究和探讨了我国成人Hp感染与反流性食管炎、慢性胃炎、功能性消化不良以及合并使用非甾体消炎药物患者的临床症状和治疗效果之间的关系，确定了治疗指征及其最佳方案，该项目已圆满完成，发表多篇SCI文章，并多次在国内外会议上交流。2012年，在我科既往工作的基础上，周丽雅教授再次联合全国其他6家合作单位共同承担了国家“十二五”科技支撑计划课题“Hp感染诊治的多种因素一次性检验技术平台的研究”，创新性地探索个体化治疗在我国Hp感染患者中的作用。

　　Helicobacter pylori infection and the upper gastrointestinal disease prevention and treatment of Beijing Key Laboratory

　　The Department of Gastroenterology Laboratory was established in 1981, as early as the 70s, Professor Zheng Zhitian discovered the usefulness of furazolidone in the treatment of peptic ulcer disease, who firstly used antibiotics to treat peptic ulcer and won Second Prize of Beijing Science and Technology Progress in 1988 and Third Prize of Science and Technology Progress of the Ministry of Health in 1989. Since the late 1980s, a number of studies on the treatment of Helicobacter pylori (Hp) based on furazolidone have been started and a great deal of experience has been accumulated in the diagnosis and treatment of Hp.

　　After many years of construction, the Department of Gastroenterology Laboratory has formed an academic echelon with very high quality and powerful strength. There are 42 people (23 senior professional titles ) in the laboratory, including 38 researchers and 4 technical personnel. Many researchers have done postdoctoral or research work abroad. The laboratory has many well-known experts in digestive diseases such as Lin Sanren, Zhou Liya, Ding Shigang, Duan Liping and Huang Yonghui. Under the leadership of current director Professor Zhou Liya, the laboratory has been fully developed.

　　Our laboratory focuses on: (1) pathogenic mechanism of Hp: screening markers of the highly pathogenic Hp by means of protein and genomics. Studying the mechanism through molecular biology and signal transduction. (2) Hp diagnostic research: establishing Hp rapid diagnostic platform to explore noninvasive, rapid and economical methods to develop Hp diagnostic kit with independent intellectual property rights; (3) analysis of Hp resistance, population gene detection and individualized therapy: to search for a rapid detection of Hp resistance genes, to explore the metabolic differences of different antibiotics in different populations and their effects on eradication of Hp, to carry out a new generation of antimicrobial agents for the treatment of Hp clinical research; (4) Hp-related diseases and early cancer follow-up study: to investigate the regularity of early carcinogenesis of Hp infection and its clinical intervention, and to regulate early cancer follow-up ; (5) Hp epidemiology: the method of molecular epidemiological was used to analyze the Hp infection in different populations.

　　From 2008 to 2011, Professor Zhou Liya jointly with 7 cooperation units of the whole country, took part in the national "11th Five-year Plan for Scientific and Technological Support Program Project", "Standardization Study on Diagnosis and Treatment of Hp Infection in China", and for the first time in different representative regions in China studied and discussed the relationship between clinical symptoms and treatment effects of adult Hp infection and reflux esophagitis, chronic gastritis, functional dyspepsia and non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs in combination, and identified the indications of treatment and the preferred plan. The project has been successfully completed and it has published many SCI articles and has repeatedly communicated at domestic and international conferences. In 2012, on the basis of our department's past work, Professor Zhou Liya once again jointly with the other 6 cooperative units in the country undertake the national "12th Five-Year Plan for Scientific and Technological Support Program Project "Hp infection diagnosis and treatment of a variety of factors one-time inspection technology platform ".To explore the role of individualized treatment in patients with Hp infection in our country innovatively.
