食品安全毒理学研究与评价北京市重点实验室

   

  食品安全毒理学研究与评价北京市重点实验室依托于北京大学公共卫生学院组建,2011年5月被北京市科委正式认定,现任重点实验室主任为郝卫东教授,学术委员会主任为国家食品安全风险评估中心吴永宁研究员。

  实验室总体定位是:发挥基础研究和人才培养的优势,成为国家和北京市食品安全相关的人才培养中心、科学研究基地、技术支持机构,并努力在食品安全的实际应用领域为国家和北京市食品安全的监管做出贡献。研究方向主要有:1 食品安全性评价技术研究;2食品中有毒有害物质及食物成分的毒性和功效及其机制研究;3食品安全风险评估体系及应用研究。

  实验室具有国家认监委检测检验实验室和食品检验机构的资质,承担食品、化学品、农药的安全性评价及保健食品功效评价等技术服务。

  本实验室人员主要包括从事营养和食品卫生、毒理学和卫生检验研究的教授,每位教授均有包括青年教师和博士、硕士研究生的研究团队。实验室共有研究人员31人,其中正高12人,副高7人,博士生导师8人。实验室还聘任了5名外籍客座教授。实验室在读博士、硕士研究生保持在100名左右。

  实验室近5年承接国家级研究项目20项,省部级研究项目13项,经费3345万元。发表科研论文394篇,其中SCI论文167篇,出版专著15部。获得省部级及行业科技奖励10项。技术服务合同金额近3000万元。完成食品和保健食品的功能学检验项目200 余项,毒理学检验500余项。

  实验室面向大学、研究单位及企业开放,吸引国内外同行在本实验室开展科学研究和科技创新活动。与澳优乳业、雀巢公司、罗氏公司、劲牌酒业有限公司、权健集团等开展了相关的合作研究,与美国辉瑞公司和英国联合利华公司开展了毒理学人才联合培养的合作项目。

  Beijing Key Laboratory of Toxicological Research and Risk Assessment for Food Safety

  Beijing Key Laboratory of Toxicological Research and Risk Assessment for Food Safetyis established relies on Peking University School of Public Health, and was formally recognized by Beijing Science and Technology Commission in May 2011. The current director is Professor Weidong Hao, and the academic committee director is Professor Yongning Wu from National Center for Food Safety Risk Assessment.

  The overall orientation of the laboratory is to give play to the advantages of basic research and personnel training, become a talent cultivation center, a scientific research base and a technical support institution for food safety of the country and Beijing, and strive to contribute to the national and Beijing food safety regulation in the practical application of food safety. The main research directions are: 1, food safety evaluation technology; 2, toxicity, effects and mechanism of toxic and harmful substances in food and food ingredients; 3, food safety risk assessment system and its application.

  The laboratory was accreditation by Certification and Accreditation Administration of the People’s Republic of China as inspection and test laboratory and food inspection agency, undertakes technical service of evaluating the safety of food, chemicals and pesticides, and evaluating the efficacy of functional food.

  The laboratory staff mainly include professors engaged in nutrition and food hygiene, toxicology and sanitary inspection.Each professor has a research team comprising young teachers, doctors and masters. The laboratory has a total of 31 researchers, of which 12 are senior titles, 7 are deputy senior titles, and 8 are doctoral supervisors. The laboratory also hired five foreign visiting professors. The Laboratory keeps the number of doctor and master candidates at about 100.

  In recent 5 years, the laboratory undertook 20 national research projects, 13 provincial and ministerial research projects, the funding was 33.45 million CNY. Published 394 research papers, of which 167 were SCI papers, and also published 15 monographs. Accessed to 10 provincial, ministerial and industrial level science and technology awards. Technical service contracts amount was of nearly 30 million CNY. Completed more than 200 functional tests and over 500 toxicological tests of food and functional food.

  The laboratory is open to universities, research institutes and enterprises, attends to attract domestic and foreign counterparts to carry out scientific research and technological innovation activities in our laboratory. Conducted cooperation research projects with Ausnutria, Nestle, Roche, Jing Brand Co., Ltd., and Quan Jian Group, and cooperated with Pfizer and Unilever in the joint training programs of toxicology talent development.
