结直肠癌诊疗研究北京市重点实验室

结直肠癌诊疗研究北京市重点实验室成立于2016年10月12日，实验室在王杉教授带领下，锐意进取，开拓创新，积极参与国际和省部级的各项科研活动。近三年共承担国家自然科学基金6项，863计划2项、省部级科研项目13项、院级科研项目9项，发表SCI论文32篇，中文核心期刊论文42篇，参编论著或译著5部，荣获国家实用性专利6项。王杉教授牵头主持制定国家医疗卫生行业标准2项(结直肠癌诊断标准、胃癌诊断标准)。
目前实验室在一些研究领域获得了包括国家863项目、国家自然科学基金、国多技支撑计划、首都卫生发展科研专项项目等众多基金项目的资助，在这些资金支持下，目前主要的科研工作集中在以下方面：1)结直肠癌外科手术相关研究2)结直肠癌风险因子筛查研究3)结直肠癌发生、发展的分子机制研究。目前以上各项研究正在稳步推进之中。在继续推进和完成以上科研工作的基础，实验室目前正在结合国内外学科发展的新动向、新技术、新理念，积极寻找新科研领域和学科增长点。实验室积极参与国家重大项目的申请和承担工作，在实验室建设的两年期间，目标是能够取得更大的突破，获得国家自然科学基金以及卫计委和北京市的各类资助计划，在此条件下，充分发挥研究情和主观能动性，尽最大努力促进我国结直肠癌基础研究和临床研究的进步和发展。
结直肠癌诊疗研究北京市重点实验室依托于北京大学人民医院胃肠外科，经过长期的努力发展与建设，尤其是近年来在各项基金的资助和学校211工程、985项目及各级有关部门和医院的大力支持下，实验的各项科研条件取得了长足的进步和发展。实验室现有科研总面积2029平方米，包括科研楼7层主实验室(136m2、细胞培养室(27m2)、科研楼5层中心实验室(136m2)、科研楼10层动物实验室(230m2)以及胃肠外科6A病区(1500m2)。实验室现有设备资产共计1037.9923万元，包括流式细胞仪、平推切片机、超低温冰箱、高压液相色谱仪、荧光成像系统、实时定量PCR仪、RT-PCR仪、生物芯片检测仪、低温高速离心机、脉动真空灭菌器、荧光显微镜、生物安全柜、化学发光仪、凝胶成像仪等。以上设备基本能够满足开展研究的需要，能为承担重大科研项目提供有力支撑。另外实验室的共建单位——博奥生物集团有限公司暨生物芯片北京国家工程研究中心，拥有众多一流的仪器设备，具有丰富的研发经验以及众多产学研临床转化研究成果，为本实验室的建设和研究提供了有力的支持和保障。
作为北京市重点学科、北京大学重点教研科室，承担了北京大学医学本科、硕士、博士和博士后的培养工作，目前已毕业硕/博士研究生130余人。拥有国家级名师两人、北京大学医学部桃李奖获得者两人。作为支持单位曾获得国家科技进步二等奖一项、国家级教学成果一等奖两项，北京市教学成果一等奖一项、北京市教学成果二等奖一项等。主持开展了“十五”国家科技攻关计划、863计划、国家自然科学基金、教育部重大项目基金、教育部科学技术研究重点项目、卫生部科研基金、北京市及北京大学等35项重大科学研究项目。作为牵头单位承担了卫生部胃癌、结直肠癌诊断标准的制定工作和国家卫生专业技术资格考试及执业医师考试命审题工作。先后于《Gastroenterology》、《Journal of Clinical Oncology》等国外期刊发表SCI文章100余篇。

Beijing Key Laboratory of Colorectal Cancer Diagnosis and Treatment
The laboratory was established on October 12, 2016, led by Professor Wang Shan. During the recent three years, we carried out 6 national natural science funds, 2 terms of 863 programs, 13 terms of provincial and ministerial scientific research projects, 9 terms of scientific research projects. We have published 32 SCI papers and 42 Chinese core journals during the three years, participating in the publishing of 5 books and won 6 national practical patents. Professor Wang Shan has presided over two national standards for medical and health care.
Our laboratory won progress in some research areas, including national 863 projects, national natural science fund and the technical support plan, special health development, the capital of scientific research projects, and many other fund project funding. Under the financial support, the main research work focused on the following aspects: 1) surgical operation of colorectal cancer.2) risk factor screening for colorectal cancer.3) molecular mechanism of colorectal cancer development. At present, the above research is progressing steadily. In continue to push forward and complete the basis of the above research work, the lab is combined with the new trends of the development of the discipline at home and abroad, new technology, new ideas. Our laboratory is actively involved in the application and undertaking of major national projects. During the two years of laboratory construction, our goal is to achieve a greater breakthrough, to get the national natural science foundation and the health and family planning commission and Beijing's various funding schemes. Under these conditions, we give full play to our research and subjective initiative, and do our best to promote the progress and development of basic research and clinical research of colorectal cancer in China.
Our laboratory is based on the gastroenterology department of Peking University people's hospital, through the efforts of the long-term development and construction, especially in recent years ,various funds financing and schools 211 projects, 985 projects, and with the support from the relevant departments at all levels and hospital, experiments of various scientific research conditions have made great progress and development. The total area of scientific research in our laboratory is 2029 square meters, including the main laboratory (136m2, cell culture laboratory (27m2), central laboratory (136m2), animal laboratory (230m2) and gastrointestinal surgery 6A (1500m2). Our assets of laboratory equipment is up to 10.379923 million yuan, including flow cytometry instrument, horizontal pushing slicer, ultra-low temperature freezer, high pressure liquid chromatograph, fluorescence imaging system, a real-time quantitative PCR, RT-PCR, biochip detector, low temperature high speed centrifuge, pulsation vacuum sterilizer, fluorescence microscope, biological safety cabinet, chemiluminescence apparatus, gel imaging, etc. The above equipment can meet the needs of research and can provide strong support for undertaking major research projects. Besides, our partners has many first-class equipment, has a wealth of experience in research and development as well as many clinical transformation of production, study and research, and research for the construction of the lab provides a powerful support and guarantee.
As a key discipline in Beijing and a key teaching and research department of Peking University, our laboratory has undertaken the training of undergraduate, master, doctor and postdoctoral students in Peking University. At present, we have more than 130 graduate students. We have two national masters and two winners of the peach plum award at Peking University. As a support unit, we won the second prize of national scientific and technological progress have a, two national teaching achievement first prize, a teaching achievement first prize of Beijing, Beijing a second prize of teaching achievement, etc. We carried out "fifteen" national science and technology research plan, 863 plan, the national natural science funds, the ministry of education funds for major projects, the ministry of education science and technology research key project, the ministry of health, scientific research fund, 35 major scientific research projects in Beijing and Peking University. As the lead unit, we have been responsible for the formulation of the diagnostic criteria for gastric cancer and colorectal cancer in the ministry of health, and the national health professional technical qualification examination and the examination of medical practitioners. We have published more than 100 SCI articles in foreign journals such as Gastroenterology and Journal of Clinical Oncology.
