出生缺陷防控北京市国际科技合作基地

出生缺陷防控北京市国际科技合作基地于2015年由北京市科学技术委员会认定成立,本基地依托于北京大学第三医院妇产科,在2018年北京市科学技术委员会组织的会议评审和现场基地评估中,评估结果优秀

本基地将国外合作单位的创新性技术与本基地临床研究基础和临床资源结合,优势互补,促进基础研究成果转化为临床实践,通过发展着床前胚胎遗传学诊断、产前诊断、胎儿医学而减少出生缺陷、提高出生人口质量。基地主要围绕着胚胎早期发育分子机制与遗传学诊断;生殖障碍性疾病研究与生育力保护;辅助生殖新技术建立和应用三个方向开展深度国际合作。将国际合作成果成功转化应用于遗传病诊断、辅助生殖治疗等领域,目标将建设国际先进的出生缺陷防控研究科技合作基地。

本基地依托于北京大学第三医院妇产科,目前拥有中国工程院院士1人,教育部长江学者特聘教授”1名、国家杰出青年2名、国家自然科学基金委优秀青年”2名、中组部青年千人计划”1名、北京市优秀人才2名、北京市科技新星2名。北京大学第三医院妇产科在2014年成立国家妇产疾病临床医学研究中心。2010 年被批准为生殖内分泌和辅助生殖技术北京市重点实验室,2011 年获批为辅助生殖教育部重点实验室,2015年获得国自然基金委创新群体女性生殖细胞发育与生殖遗传疾病项目。生殖医学中心基础实验室,科研仪器设备原值约8000 万元,设备总套数150 余套,包括活细胞工作站、显微切割系统、流式细胞仪、激光扫描共聚焦等大型仪器设备;科研用房面积5000余平方米,包括胚胎操作间,细胞培养间,遗传研究室,内分泌激素检测室,分子生物学实验室,病理实验室,SPF 级动物房等。已建成7 大特色研究平台:人类生殖细胞生物学、人类胚胎生物学、人类遗传病产前基因诊断学、单细胞多组学、人生殖资源标本库、转化医学及生殖健康大数据平台。主持973863、十二五、十三五项目等国家重大项目多项,具有丰富的重大项目管理经验和扎实的工作基础。

近五年获得国家省部级科研基金70余项,累计支持经费近亿元,其中国家级重点项目13项(国家重点研发项目4项、国家科技支撑计划3项、国自然创新群体1项、国自然重点项目2项、国自然杰出青年基金1项、国自然优秀青年基金2项等)。发表SCI论文200余篇,包括CellNatureScienceJAMANature Medicine等。获得专利授予20余项,其中7项成果转化。编写国际国内行业指南4项,专家共识5篇。研究成果获得2017年国家科技进步二等奖、2018年中华医学会科技进步一等奖、2015年北京市科学技术进步一等奖、2014年教育部高校科技进步一等奖、2016年华夏医学科技进步一等奖、2017年全国妇幼健康科学技术自然科学一等奖等奖励。

Beijing International Cooperation Base for Science and Technology on Birth Defect Prevention and Control

The Beijing International Cooperation Base for Science and Technology on Birth Defect Prevention and Control was established by Beijing Municipal Science & Technology Commission in 2015. The base is based on the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology of Peking University Third Hospital. In the 2018 meeting evaluation and on-site base evaluation organized by Beijing Municipal Science & Technology Commission, the evaluation result was "excellent".

The base combines the innovative technology of foreign partners with the base's clinical research foundation and clinical resources, complements each other, promotes the transformation of basic research results into clinical practice, and reduces birth defects and improves the quality of birth population through the development of preimplantation embryo genetic diagnosis, prenatal diagnosis and fetal medicine. We will carry out in-depth international cooperation in the following three directions: the molecular mechanism of early embryonic development and genetic diagnosis; reproductive disorders research and fertility protection; establishment and application of new assisted reproductive technologies. The achievements of international cooperation will be successfully transformed and applied to the diagnosis of genetic diseases and assisted reproductive treatment, with the goal of building an international advanced scientific and technological cooperation base for the prevention and control of birth defects.

The base is based on the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology of Peking University Third Hospital. Currently, we have 1 Academician of Chinese Academy of Engineering, 1 Cheung Kong Scholars Distinguished Professor of Ministry of Education, 2 Distinguished Young Scholars of National Natural Science Foundation of China, 2 Excellent Young Scholars of National Natural Science Foundation of China, 1 Thousand Youth Talents Plan of the Organization Department of the Central Committee of the CPC, 2 Excellent talents in Beijing, 2 Beijing science and technology new star. The base was approved as the National Center For Clinical Medicine of Obstetrics and Gynecology in 2014, the Beijing Key Laboratory of Reproductive Endocrinology and Assisted Reproductive Technology in 2010, the Key Laboratory of Assisted Reproductive Technology of the Ministry of Education in 2011, the project of "Female Reproductive Cell Development and Reproductive Genetic Diseases" by the National Natural Science Foundation of China in 2015. In the basic laboratory of Reproductive Medicine Center, original value of scientific research instruments and equipment is about 80 million RMB. The total number of equipment is more than 150 sets, including living cell workstation, microcutting system, flow cytometer, laser scanning confocal and other large instruments and equipment. The research room covers an area of more than 5000 square meters, including embryo manipulation room, cell culture room, genetic laboratory, endocrine hormone testing room, molecular biology laboratory, pathology laboratory, SPF grade animal room and so on. Seven characteristic research platforms have been built: human germ cell biology, human embryo biology, prenatal genetic diagnosis of human genetic diseases, single-cell multiomics, human reproductive resource specimen bank, translational medicine and reproductive health big data platform. The base presided over a number of national major projects such as 973, 863, 12th five-year plan and 13th five-year plan, and has rich experience in major project management and solid work foundation.

Our base obtained the following achievements in the past 5 years: more than 70 scientific research foundations from the country and province, total funding of nearly one hundred million RBM, of which 13 National Key Projects (4 National Key Research Projects, 3 National Science and Technology Support Plan, 1 the Natural Innovation Group, 2 Key Projects of the National Natural Science Foundation of China,, 2 Distinguished Young Scholars of National Natural Science Foundation of China, 2 Excellent Young Scholars of National Natural Science Foundation of China, etc.); published more than 200 SCI papers, including Cell, Nature, Science, JAMA, Nature Medicine, etc; more than 20 patents have been granted, among which 7 achievements have been transformed; 4 domestic and international industry guidelines, and 5 expert consensus were published. The research achievements were awarded the second prize of National Scientific and Technological Progress in 2017, the first prize of Scientific and Technological Progress of Chinese Medical Association in 2018, the first prize of Beijing Scientific and Technological Progress in 2015, the first prize of University Scientific and Technological Progress of Ministry of Education in 2014, the first prize of Huaxia Medical Scientific and Technological Progress in 2016, and the first prize of National Science, Technology and Natural Science of Maternal and Child Health in 2017.
